In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), Title VI and other laws, Westbrook does not discriminate against individuals with a disability in connection with the operation of its programs, activities and services including the provision of transportation services, on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, and where applicable, sex, marital status, familial status, parental status, religion, sexual orientation, genetic information, political beliefs, reprisal, or because all or part of an individual's income is derived from any public assistance program (Not all prohibited bases apply to all programs). 


Any person who believes that she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under ADA and/or Title VI may file a complaint with our agency. Any such complaint must be in writing and filed with this agency within 60 days following the date of the alleged discriminatory occurrence.
